The Urologist will manage an average of 20-25 patients per day, perform inpatient consults, and conduct various office procedures. They will also provide outreach services to community network affiliates.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology. They should also be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa and have the authority to prescribe medications.
Average patients per day varies depending on clinic/OR schedule, approximately 20-25 Inpatient consults Office procedures: bladder botox, bladder scope, prostate biopsy, stent removal, vasectomy, etc. Call requirement: 10 days per month, remaining days covered by Urology partners Provide outreach services to community network affiliates Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work as a team member and improve the health of the people and communities we serve Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
