The physician will evaluate, interpret, and coordinate information to make decisions regarding patient care. They will work an average of 144 hours per month across various locations in the Quad Cities.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. They must also be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa and Illinois.

MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the states of Iowa and Illinois Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) We Offer Shift-based compensation, with $190 per hour for day shifts and $225 per hour for night shifts. Additionally, there is a quarterly performance incentive and wRVU. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on an individual’s qualifications. The pay range does not include other forms of incentives which may include bonuses or differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
