The Behavioral Health Staff member will manage a caseload of clients, providing direct services in homes and the community while conducting functional behavior assessments. They will also audit service notes for compliance, coach field staff on clinical best practices, and collaborate with leadership to develop department workflows.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 2 years of experience in completing functional-based assessments. A thorough knowledge of HCBS/CORE programs and NYS OMH regulations is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
