The Psychiatrist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients aged 16 and up with behavioral or emotional disorders, including specialized areas like treatment-resistant depression and substance use disorders. Responsibilities also include conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medication, and monitoring treatment results.
Candidates must be Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Psychiatry & Neurology, holding an MD or DO degree, and licensed to practice medicine in Texas. A minimum of two years of clinical experience and working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems are required, with bilingual skills being a plus.
