Candidates must be a college graduate with a PharmD or R.Ph. and hold a license from the Missouri Board of Pharmacy. Excellent customer service skills and BLS certification are also required.
Description Pharmacist - In-Patient Pharmacy - PRN

What to expect as an In-Patient Pharmacist: Ensure safety and appropriateness of medication therapy through order verification, dispensing, home medication reconciliation, chart review, and dose/therapy adjustment as applicable. Document medication-related interventions in medical record. Provide clinical support to practitioners. Make recommendations and encourage safe and cost-effective pharmacotherapy for patients through multi-disciplinary collaboration. Oversee the medication dispensing process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications to patients. This includes supervision of pharmacy technicians and/or interns. Oversee sterile compounding activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
College graduate, R.Ph. (MTS Certified) or PharmD. Licensed/Registered Pharmacist with Missouri Board of Pharmacy required. Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette, and attention to detail are required. BLS, required. Your next move.
