The Medication Technician/CNA is responsible for delivering quality care by encouraging resident independence and ensuring their physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being. Daily duties include observing residents for condition changes, assisting with simple requests, documenting findings, and managing medication setup and tracking.
Candidates must possess a CNA certification licensed in North Carolina and be able to verify completion of required Medication Technician Certification courses. Successful candidates must also be a great team player and meet age requirements, potentially including current First Aid and CPR certifications.
