The role involves leading the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care by adhering to high-standard clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and recovery. Responsibilities also include coordinating multidisciplinary teams and advocating for patients by monitoring their condition and managing the discharge process.
Minimum requirements include obtaining Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months and BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire, both accepted from AHA or ARC. Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse credential from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and have a diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care by following high-standard clinical protocols that prioritize patient safety and recovery. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure every patient receives a seamless, holistic, and well-organized care experience. Advocate for your patients by continuously monitoring their condition and communicating vital updates to the care team to ensure timely, life-saving interventions. Empower patients and their families by proactively managing the discharge process, ensuring they have the resources and education needed for a successful transition home.
Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
