The Entry-Level Dental Assistant will primarily support the clinical needs of the practice's patients and doctors by assisting during various treatment procedures, setting up and breaking down operatories, and managing infection control through instrument sterilization. Additionally, the role involves supporting patient charting for doctors and performing various necessary office tasks while collaborating with the dental team.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and are required to obtain state-mandated radiology and safety certification within the specified timeframe. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building rapport with diverse patients, alongside a commitment to ongoing professional development.
