Direct Support Professionals play a central role in providing assistance, safety, and care to help residents reach their goals. This involves supporting adults with varying needs to lead meaningful lives within home-like settings.
The role requires dedicated support staff to work within an extended network of trained professionals serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Specific, detailed shift schedules are provided for the full-time position.
