The provider will deliver comprehensive orthopedic and trauma care across the ER, OR, and inpatient settings, including performing consults, assisting in surgery, and managing post-operative care. Key duties also involve rounding, discharge coordination, and assisting with procedures like splinting and casting.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current Texas licensure or eligibility, and hold national certification. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in orthopedics, trauma surgery, or acute care is required, along with strong procedural skills.
