The Occupational Therapy Assistant will perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and subsequently develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs, coordinating care with other providers, and ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.
Candidates must possess a current/active Occupational Therapy license in Texas and demonstrate an innovative spirit along with reliability. Flexibility to shift priorities based on business needs and proficiency with common workplace technology are also required.
