The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs designed to improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. This role also involves providing age-appropriate education to clients and caregivers, and supervising identified team members.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, along with Physical Therapy Certification/Licensure and BLS certification. A valid Virginia License for Physical Therapy is also required for this position.
