This hybrid role involves assisting the doctor chairside during various procedures, including implants and surgeries, while also managing front desk workflows like patient checkout and treatment coordination. Responsibilities span clinical efficiency, maintaining operatory cleanliness, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from the operatory to checkout.
Candidates must be experienced Dental Assistants capable of shifting between clinical and administrative tasks, preferably with 1-3+ years of relevant experience, especially assisting with complex procedures like implants and endodontics. Required certifications include Dental Assistant II credentials, X-ray, Nitrous Oxide, CPR, and Coronal Polishing (if certified).
