The therapist will practice in a collaborative, supportive environment utilizing a patient-first, integrated care approach within the Avance Care Behavioral Health Team. Responsibilities include managing a caseload with strong administrative support and working with a diverse team of medical professionals.
Candidates must possess an active license as a behavioral health professional such as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT, and be adept at working with a wide range of patients. Technological proficiency for using EHRs and delivering telehealth services is required, with experience in ADHD screening being a plus.
