The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality nursing, coordinating acute, chronic, and preventive care, and fostering wellness through education and advocacy. Responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, dispensing birth control per protocol, managing care transitions, and coaching patients toward self-management goals.
Candidates must possess a diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a preference for a Bachelor's, along with an unrestricted Registered Nurse license. A minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, is required, alongside knowledge of evidence-based primary care and experience managing electronic health records.
