Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted MD license and a minimum of two years of experience in palliative care within a hospital or nursing home setting. Board Certification or Eligibility in Palliative Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty is required, along with strong communication skills for sensitive situations.
