The Behavioral Health Technician will provide direct support to patients during treatment, including therapeutic exercises and recreational activities, while maintaining accurate documentation of patient behaviors and progress. This role also involves assisting in managing and de-escalating crisis situations under the supervision of licensed professionals.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, along with previous behavioral health experience being advantageous. Essential qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a compassionate approach, plus obtaining CPR and First Aid certification.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 3pm-9pm

Guidelight Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. The Behavioral Health Technician will play a crucial role in providing direct support and assistance to patients undergoing mental health treatment. Under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals, the Behavioral Health Technician will implement treatment plans, facilitate therapeutic activities, and ensure the safety and well-being of patients within our care.
