Therapists deliver ongoing individual and group counseling to an assigned population, completing necessary documentation that reflects clinical necessity and meets agency standards. Key activities include conducting therapy, crisis intervention, case management, treatment planning, and psycho-social assessments for individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree and be licensed or eligible for supervision in Oklahoma as an LPC, LADC, LFMT, or LCSW. Essential qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Therapists provides ongoing individual and group counseling to an assigned population. The Therapist completes documentation requirements reflecting clinical necessity which meets program and agency standards. Therapists interact regularly with other staff, including the Health Team, and treatment providers to assess and treat individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems, including abuse of alcohol tobacco, and/or other drugs. Activities may include individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, treatment planning, psycho-social assessments, client advocacy, prevention and education.
