The Licensed Clinical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and implement intervention methodologies like psychotherapy via a telehealth platform for patients ranging from adolescents to geriatric age. Responsibilities also include documenting services in the electronic medical record, using screening tools, and coordinating care with other staff members when necessary.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy, along with an active, independent clinical license in the practice location state. Experience with psychotherapy is required, and familiarity with women's health and multicultural groups is preferred.
Overview Active license in good standing Psychosocial services for behavioral care Flexible hours between 9am and 9pm We support our clinicians with a care coordinator to assist with intake forms, releases, scheduling, rebooking…etc. 100% virtual care We train on all necessary tools and platforms Must have availability to work at least two evening appointments up until 8pm. The Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) will be responsible for assessing/diagnosing behavioral/mental health issues, determining appropriate types/methods of treatment, and implementing intervention methodologies (psychotherapy) via telehealth platform and documentation of those services in the electric medical record.
· Provide assessment/diagnosis and psychotherapy to a wide range of patients as young as 12 up to geriatric age, that are appropriate for telehealth services · Use evidence-based screening tools with patients to screen and measure outcomes · Document in electric medical record the services that were provided, as well as, providing diagnosis and billing code for the encounter · Provide services via audio and visual two way communication platform · Abide by the Code of Ethics and all laws and regulatory bodies governing the practice location · Coordinate with clinical, health education, community health and other staff members in the provision of services to patients if necessary. · Provide referrals for services needed · Assume other responsibilities as directed
