As a Registered Nurse on the first acute unit, you will utilize clinical expertise and communication skills to provide exceptional care to medical-surgical patients and their families. Key duties involve assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, providing direct care, evaluating progress, and coordinating the overall care process.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Registered Professional Nursing, possess a current NYS License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Responsibilities include providing care for various medical-surgical conditions and educating patients on self-care post-discharge.

Shifts: 12-hour shifts (Day/Night rotation)
Work 72 hours bi-weekly, but get paid for 40 hours (after department orientation is complete)
