We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Care Staff and Med Techs to join our team for the morning shift. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ health conditions in accordance with care plans
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Document and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to the nursing team
• Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized and respectful care

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in senior care, healthcare, or assisted living preferred
• Certification as a Med Tech or willingness to obtain certification
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and committed to long-term employment
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and safety procedures
