Registered Nurses will float across multiple hospitals, working in various rural and Magnet-designated settings, requiring quick adaptation to different unit workflows and protocols. This role demands a high degree of professional autonomy and confidence while serving diverse patient populations.
Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current Minnesota RN License, with a BSN or MSN preferred, and a BSN or higher required within 36 months of hire. A minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in Medical/Surgical, along with current AHA BLS certification, is necessary, with ACLS required within one year.

Nursing specialty certification preferred. TNCC certification or equivalent within 1 year (if ER specialty) NRP within 1 year (if Mom/Baby specialty) CALS within 1 year To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a full-time or part-time benefited position and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
