The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive physical therapy services, including patient assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and necessary documentation to improve function, strength, and range of motion. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the care team, maintaining accurate records, adhering to protocols, and participating in program development and clinic meetings.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a minimum of one year of experience in Physical Therapy, including one year of experience with manual therapy. Experience in a community health center or tribal setting is preferred but not required.
