The Patient Care Assistant is responsible for supporting the Operating Room staff in ensuring the safety and care of patients undergoing operative or other invasive procedures. This role involves direct assistance within the surgical environment.
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred for this role, along with any prior healthcare experience. Effective oral and written communication skills are also necessary qualifications.
