The Registered Nurse coordinates holistic patient care by acting as the primary link between multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include executing physician and nursing orders, monitoring patients, and managing discharge needs.
Candidates must have a BLS Provider certification and a nursing license in Texas or a multi-state license. A diploma from an accredited nursing school is required, along with a minimum of one year of nursing experience.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead multidisciplinary coordination by serving as the primary link between specialty teams, ensuring every clinician is perfectly aligned with the patient’s recovery goals. Execute clinical orders with precision to maintain the highest standards of safety and excellence, driving predictable and positive outcomes for those in your care. Advocate for patient safety by identifying subtle changes in clinical conditions and communicating vital updates to the care team in real-time to prevent complications. Streamline the journey home by proactively managing discharge needs, ensuring patients and their families feel fully prepared and supported for the next stage of healing.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (GN) obtained prior to start date or job transfer date is required-OR-Temporary or Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Texas is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date-OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
