As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist residents with daily activities and monitor their vital signs. You will also provide emotional support and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and complete a state-approved nursing assistant training program. Current CNA certification and a compassionate approach to caregiving are also required.
The Center on Aging and Health is looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate Nursing team in Erwin. This full-time, on-site position provides an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to begin their healthcare careers in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Our facility is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from Johnson City, Tennessee, and 40 minutes from Asheville, North Carolina.
