Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | East Bay Territories (FT & Per Diem) - $10,000 Sign on Bonus (FT)
Occupational Therapists will provide services according to the individualized plan of care, delivering treatments, evaluating patient responses, and reporting changes to the Case Manager, Physician, or Director of Nursing. They must also maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a current California Occupational Therapist (OT) License and excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in the field. One year of Home Health experience and a current CA Driver's License are preferred.

Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment: Alameda County & West Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE - Eligibility of a $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-Time status employees Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo
East Contra Costa County Pay Rate
