The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders to adult patients in their homes. Responsibilities also include educating patients and caregivers, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the care team.
Candidates must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, ASHA Certification or proof of passing the PRAXIS exam, and a Speech Language Pathologist License in Colorado. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and current CPR certification are also mandatory, with one year of clinical experience preferred but not required.
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy services to adult patients in Westminster, CO. In this role, you will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders through individualized therapy delivered in the comfort of patients’ homes. You will play a key role in helping adults improve communication, safety, and overall quality of life while maintaining independence in their daily environment. Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in the home setting. Educate patients and caregivers to support therapy carryover and promote independence. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations and collaborate with the care team for holistic patient care.
