The role involves serving as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 13-week full-time contracts within Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Behavioral Health (BH) settings. LPNs must be adaptable and comfortable working diverse care environments during day and evening shifts.
Candidates must possess an active LPN license in New York and demonstrate strong skills in communication, organization, and de-escalation. The position requires the ability to work full-time or part-time on day and/or evening shifts.
