The Physical Therapist evaluates patients and implements effective treatment plans with functional goals. Responsibilities include patient education, therapeutic interventions, and modifying treatment plans based on evaluations.
A Licensed Physical Therapist is required, with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy preferred. Wound care experience and 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy are preferred.
