The Therapist will provide quality individual and other therapies according to professional standards and licensure, completing assessments and treatments using various diagnostic tools following best practices. Responsibilities include carrying an individual caseload, conducting daily psychotherapy sessions, performing assessments/interventions, and timely documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a behavioral science discipline and be independently licensed to practice in Arkansas, requiring at least two years of post-master’s experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting. Essential skills include effective communication, demonstrated leadership, adaptability to practice demands, and knowledge of customer service and scheduling.

Graduate of an accredited college or university with at least a master’s degree in a behavioral science discipline (must be independently licensed to practice in Arkansas).

Licensed in Arkansas as a Mental Health Professional with at least two years post-master’s experience in psychiatric or mental health setting. Must have completed hospital and clinic orientation period in order to act as a team leader.

The therapist must possess effective communication skills and must demonstrate leadership ability and interest in professional growth. Must be readily adaptable to changing physician/practice demands, without deterioration under stress; and must have a basic concept of customer service, scheduling, and counseling. The therapist must possess demonstrated knowledge, training and skills necessary and appropriate to the patient-specific population. Therapist must be able to set priorities and effectively delegate/coordinate interdisciplinary care based on the needs of the patient and clinic.
Ability to function with minimum supervision and interface appropriately with healthcare team.

Must successfully demonstrate competency in field and work environment on a continuous basis—including age-specific competencies, clinical competencies and organization-wide competencies such as fire, infection control, emergencies, etc.). Performance will be measured and routinely evaluated with clinical administrative staff as required.
