The Registered Nurse will assess patient needs using history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data, then provide appropriate nursing interventions aligned with the Plan of Care and standards of practice. They must also conduct Hourly Rounds using service excellence standards and foster a compassionate environment for patients and families.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited registered nursing program and possess a valid South Carolina or compact (multi-state) RN license. This position requires active Basic Life Support certification, with additional unit-specific certifications also necessary.
