The role involves conducting biometric wellness screenings by collecting measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, and performing finger sticks for glucose and cholesterol levels at corporate/conference room settings. The provider is responsible for the proper handling, labeling, processing, transportation, and storage of specimens and reagents.
Candidates must possess at least one year of healthcare experience in a professional setting and demonstrate proficiency with finger stick blood collection methods and manual blood pressure within the last one to two years. Previous medical or clinical laboratory background and CardioChek Plus experience are preferred.
Quest Diagnostics is a leading provider of worksite wellness screening and health improvement programs. During a biometric wellness screening, a trained Quest Diagnostics Health & Wellness provider will collect a number of measurements, including height, weight, blood pressure, waist and/or hip circumference, as well as a finger stick for glucose and cholesterol levels.
