The primary responsibility involves providing guidance and direction to residents and overseeing their activities to ensure adherence to program policies, while supporting a trauma and gender-informed recovery culture in daily operations. Essential duties include directing resident schedules, monitoring and documenting medication intake, acting as a counselor and group leader, and participating in staff meetings and trainings.
Candidates are preferred to have certifications such as CADC, LADC-II, or LADC-Asst., along with a valid driver's license, CPR-First Aid certification, and Overdose Prevention/Narcan training. A demonstrated knowledge of human services, substance use, co-occurring disorders within the Recovery Home model, and basic computer skills are required.

Location: Leominster, Massachusetts
Reports To: Recovery Specialist Supervisor
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 3:00PM- 11:00PM
Provide guidance and direction to residents and oversee resident activities to ensure conformance with program policies. Participate in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the program milieu support the culture of recovery and is both trauma and gender informed.
