The Regional Support Specialist is responsible for the overall care of individuals with SPMI residing in residential programs, including direct care across multiple sites. This role requires the implementation of individual support plans and behavior support plans in compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain a current Oregon Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record. The position requires the ability to pass background check screening.
The Regional Support Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall care of individuals with SPMI who reside in residential programs. This includes direct care of individuals at multiple different programs and implementation of individual support plans and behavior support plans. Regional Support Specialist required to perform all duties in accordance with State of Oregon Administrative Rules, related to the specific program they are working with. Regional Support Specialist will be expected to interface professionally with a variety of teams and people within the agency.
