The CT technologist will perform various CT procedures, collaborating with radiologists while ensuring patient safety, education, and adherence to radiation protection practices. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation in RIS and PACS, generating appropriate imaging, and providing clinical supervision to students.
Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited Radiologic Technology Program and possess a New York State Radiologic Technologist License, along with ARRT CT certification or eligibility. A minimum of one year of experience with CT responsibilities is preferred, and CPR certification is required.
