The Physician will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for non-emergent acute illnesses and minor injuries across all ages, while also performing and interpreting diagnostic tests like labs and EKGs. This role involves collaborating with and supervising Advanced Practice Clinicians in a team-based model and ensuring timely referrals and care coordination.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and have completed an ACGME-accredited residency in a relevant field such as Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine. Board certification or eligibility is required, with prior experience in urgent care or ambulatory acute care being preferred.
