Provide direct, specialized clinical intervention and leadership as the substance use expert within ACCS programs. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using recovery-oriented practices.
A current, valid Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC I) credential in Massachusetts is required. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders is also necessary.

As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC I), you are the clinical expert who provides the specialized substance use intervention that is fundamental to integrated, holistic recovery. Your expertise directly shapes treatment plans, guides our teams, and provides the evidence-based support that transforms lives.
Lived experience and/or fluency in languages prevalent in Southeastern MA (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) are highly valued.
