The CVT Surgeon will provide medical services to patients, evaluate and treat them with appropriate diagnostic and treatment skills, and coordinate discharge planning. They will also participate in inpatient and outpatient consultations and academic programs as requested.
Candidates must be a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure. Advanced Life Support certification is preferred.

Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
