The role involves assisting providers with patient examinations and treatments, performing lab technician duties, and ensuring high-quality patient care by recording vital signs and administering medications. Essential duties also include maintaining accurate medical records in the EMR system and coordinating with providers to meet organizational quality standards.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a Nurse Aid, Medical Assistant, or similar medical certification and 1-3 years of clinical experience. A valid driver's license, willingness to undergo background checks, and proficiency in English are mandatory, with bilingual skills in Spanish being preferred.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED preferred, Nurse Aid, Medical Assistant or similar medical certification and minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a medical or clinical setting. Must have the ability to follow verbal and written directions and have good physical and mental health. Must have manual dexterity to handle instructions, current knowledge of departmental procedures and be able to maintain a friendly work environment. Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred. Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to submit a background check and oral drug screen.
