The technician will prepare treatment areas and equipment, assist patients with prescribed therapy exercises, and perform basic prescribed treatments like applying ice or heat packs under supervision. They will also be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing equipment, and handling administrative duties such as intake and scheduling.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, along with strong organizational detail and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in using computers and learning new software programs is also required for this role.
