The Community Psychiatric Nurse will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans. They will provide therapeutic interventions and collaborate with healthcare professionals to monitor and evaluate patient progress.
Candidates must have valid NMC registration and proven experience in mental health nursing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with knowledge of current legislation and best practices in mental health care.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our dynamic team. As a CPN, you will provide essential mental health care and support to individuals within the community. Your role will involve assessing patients’ mental health needs, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
