Provision of services in a clinic and hospital setting. Facilitates discussion with providers and health care team to ensure patients and families have the resources needed for optimum outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications: Licensed to practice in the state of Idaho under a degree such as LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LAMFT
