Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

The role involves providing excellent patient care within a collegial, collaborative, and consultative Family Medicine practice environment at the Froedtert Sussex Health Center. The practitioner will utilize the latest technology and benefit from the support structure of a large health system affiliated with an academic medical center.

For Nurse Practitioners, a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program and 2 years of clinical experience are preferred, along with Wisconsin RN licensure and APNP certification. For Physician Assistants, a Bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies and current State certification are required; both roles require BLS certification and eligibility for Medicaid/Medicare enrollment.
