Perform high-level diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Administer evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
A Master's degree and professional licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation) are required. Candidates must be credentialed prior to the hire or transfer date.
