About the unit The Zeeland Hospital Float Pool is cross trained to Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency departments.
The Float Pool offers an opportunity to learn a broader skill set and provide coverage for nursing departments.
You are able to enhance your skills by working in these departments while still feeling like you belong to a team.
