The MRI Technologist will operate a complex super conductive MRI machine to acquire images of the entire body, including setting up radiographic suites and ensuring necessary supplies are available. Responsibilities also include preparing and administering contrast materials under supervision, monitoring patient vitals, and performing related clerical duties like image archiving and data entry.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and a Certificate of Completion from an accredited Radiologic Technologist training program, along with the ARRT-MR advanced certification. A minimum of one year of proven clinical MRI experience in a Level 1 hospital setting and previous Siemens equipment experience are preferred.
