The Resident Services Coordinator will assist Adult Day Service clients by providing stimulating activities, meal assistance, medication assistance, and light ADLs, while also playing a significant role in developing new in-home services for independent residents.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check with fingerprinting, requiring at least one year of caregiving experience.

This role will initially be only part-time, but we are hoping to grow our services to support a full-time position!
The Resident Services Coordinator assists our Adult Day Service clients, providing engaging and stimulating activities, light ADLs such as toileting and personal hygiene, meal-time assistance, medication assistance and general oversight and supervision. Our ideal candidate will have experience with caregiving, exposure to seniors with dementia, and a kind and compassionate disposition.
This position will also play a significant role in our new program of in-home services for our current independent residents. Services can include but are not limited to assistance with showers and minor ADLs, laundry, housekeeping, technology assistance, pet care, companion care, and more!
Required: Must be 18 years or older Possess a valid Driver's License Must be able to pass a background check with fingerprinting Must have reliable transportation Assistance with Medications certification 1 or more years of experience with caregiving (dementia-care preferred) Organizational Skills Excellent Customer Service Skills
Preferred: CNA licensure
