The Registered Nurse is responsible for completing all documentation related to nursing assessments, observations, and care plan evaluations, while also regularly evaluating clients to ensure their needs align with the established care plan. This role involves coordinating with management on operational procedures and utilizing professional assessment skills to develop comprehensive, multi-disciplinary care plans.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current RN licensure, and CPR certification, along with excellent verbal and communication skills suitable for client interaction. The role requires the ability to handle occasional physical and verbal mistreatment professionally and the capacity to supervise nursing assistants effectively.
