The role involves working directly with vulnerable adults living with mental illnesses to ensure their safety and well-being while supporting their efforts to maintain a high quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with active treatment services, daily living skills, medication administration, transportation, communication, and documentation.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a DHS background and Motor Vehicle Records check. One year of experience in a similar role is preferred, and candidates must be physically capable of performing all duties, including lifting and transfers, while communicating effectively in English.
